Free shipping on order over $75.00!

Domestic Orders

Orders over $100.00 ship free.

Orders under $100.00 ship for a flat fee of $10.00.

Most orders will be shipped via UPS or USPS. Smaller orders, such as flies and lures, may ship USPS.

Policies

Customer is responsible for any mistakes made regarding addresses on both online and phone orders. An invoice is e-mailed immediately at the time the order is placed, and it is the customer's responsibility to contact us immediately if any corrections are necessary.
In the event an order is returned to Snake River Angler by the carrier for any reason, it is the customer's responsibility to pay the original shipping cost. (Snake River Angler will not provide free shipping twice)
Some packages will be deemed "oversized" and we may contact you with a request for additional funds to cover shipping.
Any return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Sales Tax

Applicable Sales Tax will be applied.

Returns and Exchanges

Products can be returned as long as they are in as new condition, unused with tags still attached. Returns will be charged $14.95 for shipping.We charge a shipping and handling fee of $14.95 for shipping any new products involved in a return or exchange.

If you plan to make an exchange:

1. Get in touch with us at (307)733-3699 or [email protected]

2. Write a note explaining the problem, and what course of action you would like to take.
3. Ship the product back to us (address below).

4. On exchanges, just let us know what product you would like. If the cost is greater, we'll give you a call to collect payment for the balance due and to collect the shipping and handling fee of $14.95.
5. We'll ship you the new product.

If you would like to return an item:

1. Write a note explaining why you would like to return the item.
2. Ship the product back to us (address below).
3. Returns will be less a re-stocking fee of $14.95 to help us recover the original shipping and handling expenses.
4. Items that have been used or deemed "unsaleable" will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and qualify for store credit only.
5. New items will receive a refund minus the re-stocking fee.
